Michael L. McNeive

Principal

Michael L. McNeive is a Principal at POB Capital LLC and is a member of the Investment Committee. At POB, Mr. McNeive is responsible for structure and analytics for Fund investments. As a member of the Fund Investment Committee, Mr. McNeive also makes investment recommendations for the Fund. Furthermore, Mr. McNeive manages financing, asset management and investor relations functions at POB.

Mike has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2005, specializing in finance, acquisitions, development and asset management.He began his career as an analyst for Nomura Credit and Capital, underwriting multi-million dollar commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBS) transactions across the office, retail, multifamily, hospitality and industrial property types.

In 2006, he transitioned over with a number of his Nomura co-workers to start the Chicago office of CWCapital, LLC, a national commercial real estate finance and investment management company. In 2009, Mike joined Murphy O’Brien (f/k/a JSQ Commercial) where he served as Managing Director overseeing investments, asset management and investor relations. Throughout his career, he has underwritten over $200 million of CMBS loans and participated in equity investments for projects valued at over $1 billion.

Mike graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a B.S. in Finance.
