Primary Focus
Targeted assets are located in U.S. markets, featuring liquidity and strong micro-level fundamentals throughout the investment cycle. Investments are primarily in traditional property types, including multifamily, industrial, and office. We also selectively invest in specialty properties, such as data centers, senior and student housing, retail, and self-storage.
